  1. How do I place an order? Simply select the items you like and click on the "Add to Cart" button, then follow the simple steps to complete your order.
  2. Can I purchase products that are not available on this website? Yes, please contact us via email or WhatsApp, as updating the website takes time and some products may not be fully available yet.
  3. How long does it take for preparation and shipping to start? We will prepare your order within 3-5 days (excluding weekends and holidays) and provide you with a tracking number.
  4. What shipping methods do you offer? Your order will be shipped via airmail, and delivery takes 7-20 days, depending on Shipping Policy.
  5. Where can you ship packages to? We ship to most countries worldwide, except for some countries with shipping difficulties. The countries/regions that are not shipped to include: India, Israel, Malta, Palestinian Territories, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, South Sudan, and Palestine.
  6. My tracking number isn't working. Tracking numbers may take 1-2 days to appear in the carrier's system. Sometimes carriers may misplace orders. If the tracking number is still invalid after a few days, please contact the carrier and us.
  7. Will I receive payment result notifications? Every customer with a paid order will receive payment result notifications via email (please ensure your email is valid). We usually notify you of the payment result within 24 hours after your payment. If your payment is successful, we will inform you of the processing and shipping dates; if the payment fails, we will inform you of the reason and assist you in taking further payment steps.
  8. Do you have any discount codes I can use? We periodically release coupons on different platforms. You can try them out on the checkout page.
